Day 1
Tokyo → Chichibu
Train from Ikebukuro. Arrive early afternoon. Settle in, explore the property. Evening meal cooked together over the irori firepit.
Day 2
Full day in the mountains
Morning trail walk with Julian. Afternoon free — onsen, reading, or exploring the valley. Long dinner.
Day 3
Chichibu → Tokyo
Late morning departure. Back in Tokyo by early afternoon.
